Founded in 1933 in Krefeld, Germany, BEHN + BATES quickly established itself as a synonym for robust and high-quality bag filling machines. Originally, we served various branches of industry that packed their products in bags.
A major turning point came in 1994 with the takeover by HAVER & BOECKER, Oelde, Germany, one of the leading manufacturers of packing machines. At the end of the 1990s, the company was realigned with a specialisation in the food sector.
2024 marks a new chapter in our history: Through complete integration into the parent company, HAVER & BOECKER OHG, you, as our customer, will benefit significantly. The BEHN + BATES brand, linked with its proven quality in the food sector, not only remains but becomes stronger!
