Ova Un: Expanding and Optimizing Production
Ova Un, a long-time business partner, already has a ROTO-PACKER® line with a palletizer and a stretch wrapper from us in operation. This line has been operating at full performance since its launch in 2017, with the support of the customer’s production and maintenance technical team. In addition to this entire line, Ova Un is one of BEHN + BATES' most important business partners in the Turkish flour industry, with another 4-Spout ROTO-PACKER® and manual single-spout filling machines. To meet the rising demand and further increase efficiency, Ova Un has now expanded their system by ordering a new ROTO-PACKER® 6RVT Seal Edition with ultrasonic sealing and an automatic bag applicator. After the checkweigher and metal detector, the line finishes with our palletizing system, followed by a stretch wrapping system, ensuring that the finished palletized bags are ready for delivery to customers.
This upgrade will enhance productivity and is an important step towards full automation improvements, enabling Ova Un to strengthen its market position and respond more flexibly to customer needs.
Büyük Hekimoğlu Un: An Old Partner with Clear Goals
Büyük Hekimoğlu Un is another long term business partner of BEHN + BATES in the Turkish market who bought first single spout valved bag filling machines. Growing market demands led Büyük Hekimoğlu to invest in a new ROTO-PACKER® 6RVT Seal Edition with a palletizer. This decision was made after extensive evaluation, with Hekimoğlu Un vouching for the exceptional quality of our technology, which is already successfully operating in their facility. This partnership underscores the trust in BEHN + BATES and our solutions for future-proof production.
