For low-dust, fully automatic filling of pre-formed open-mouth bags, we supply the TOPLINE® system. Since not all products are the same, we have designed our TOPLINE in two variants especially for:
- powder and flour products, processed according to the gross filling principle;
- granulates and grains, using the net weighing principle, where products are first weighed and then filled.
The complete bag processing - from feeding, filling and compacting to sealing - takes place in a compact, dust-tight encapsulated cabinet. The bag magazine is selected based on your individual requirements. Depending on the product and machine design, packing capacities vary between 250 bags/h for gross weighing and 1,200 bags/h for net weighing.
Our BOH filling station represents the perfect balance between efficiency and flexibility for packaging companies with low production volumes or only occasional bagging requirements.
The bag is hung manually on the filling spout. Filling - usually according to the gross system - is started by an operating button. During filling, your product can be compacted using bag vibrators underneath the bag chair. After filling, the bag is manually removed from the spout and fed to the desired sealing station, e.g. sewing station.
For accurate dosing of your granulated or granular products, we use our net weigher, which is equipped with a patented discharge dosing system for optimum filling times. Our net weigher has proven itself for decades in weighing, dosing and filling bulk goods and for recording quantities in production processes. It stands out for its high reliability and excellent weight accuracy.
On request, the BEHN + BATES net weigher can be equipped with a simple open-mouth bag spout below the weigher outfeed for manual bag filling. High outputs with precise product weighing are possible.
